Computer Gross promotes the adoption of the Device Readiness Tool, developed by Tablet Academy, among its customers, with the aim of supporting Partners and End Customers and facilitating their upgrade and digital transformation

- Retention: We do not retain uploaded CSV files. Necessary data extracted from these files is securely stored to provide your reports. Report data will be kept until April 2026, unless disposed of earlier (6 months after the Windows 10 End of Life date).
- Deletion Requests: You can delete your account and all associated data, including uploaded data, via the account area on the Website.
